The Peace of Mind tier is for the couple that knows what they want and where to find it. You’ve chosen all or most of your vendors and would like some support closer to your wedding day. This is right about the time that all those loose ends need tying, the weight of it all begins to set in, and you’d rather entrust the final tasks to our Wedding Management Pros. We'll manage and coordinate to make sure no detail is overlooked, your sanity stays intact and all the pieces you worked so hard on are primed and polished on time for your big day! This allows for your peace of mind and complete enjoyment of your event. Here's an idea of what to expect before & during Your Wedding Day...

  • 2 meetings which includes a walk-thru of your venue.
  • We will be familiar with the layout & logistics of your venue
  • We become the point of contact for your vendors to save you lots of time fielding emails & calls.
  • Vendor services & arrival time confirmations 2-3 weeks prior to wedding date.
  • We establish & create a detailed timeline of your entire day to keep everyone & everything on track.
  • Unlimited phone/email/video chat support from our Wedding Pros from contract to wedding day.
  • Monthly email updates to keep you in the loop.
  • Rehearsal coordination to ensure you and your wedding party are confident and ready.
  • Professional Wedding Day Coordinator(s) onsite to troubleshoot any mishaps while executing your timeline and managing the flow of your beautiful day, so you and your guests do not have to!
  • Receive deliveries at the venue.
  • Greet vendors & guests and guide them where they need to be.
  • Set-up of personal wedding details- these are the things your florist and other vendors are likely not in charge of.
  • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages to wedding party & family members.
  • Direct processional- line up wedding party and coordinating with officiant & DJ/Musician to ensure ceremony start time.
  • Direct recessional & oversee cocktail hour- guide guests to proper area after ceremony while wedding party photos are taken.
  • Coordinate the various reception events from toast to send off.
  • Distribute final payments & gratuities to vendors if necessary.
  • Direct breakdown at the end of the night.
  • Ensure all cards, gifts and personal items are loaded in designated vehicles.

Very Important Partners (VIP) | Partial-Full Planning

The VIP tier is perfect for the couple who has a clear wedding vision but doesn’t have the time to pull it all together on their own, or the couple who needs more guidance on how to translate their style and preferences into a wedding vision. It takes couples between 350-400 hours to plan a wedding, and frankly, most people do not have the time on top of other life demands. Our couples enjoy being able to express their needs and desires and watch our magical team of Wedding Planning Pros bring it all to life. We use our event expertise and vendor connections to save our couples time, stress and money, so that nothing that is important is compromised. Additionally, VIP couples have many luxury options to make themselves, their wedding party and even their guests feel like royalty for a day! Includes Everything in the Peace of Mind Tier, plus…

  • 4-5 meetings which includes a walk-thru of your venue.
  • Professional Wedding Day Coordinator(s) onsite for up to 12hrs
  • Vendor recommendations- we have worked with almost everyone from San Antonio to Austin to the Hill Country, so let us help point you in the right direction when deciding who to trust.
  • Creative staging of attire for wedding party in bridal and/or grooms suites- this makes for awesome photo ops and makes sure nobody forgets to bring anything they’re supposed to wear.

  • We’ll be the most joyful & efficient assembly line you’ve ever seen. (not to mention cute) • Assemble and mail wedding invitations. • Assemble and mail “thank you” cards. • Assemble Wedding Welcome Bags (a special touch for out of town guests to say “Thanks for coming” • Pick up wedding items from a 2-3 locations a week or two before the wedding. (We got your back on those HEB, Target, Costco runs)
  • Need help making your Pinterest dreams come true? We’ll be your DIY Angels. • You provide the instructions and supplies and we’ll help create your vision for center pieces, wedding favors, customized fans, bubbles, signs etc • You provide the design and we’ll finish your invitations, programs, menus, agendas. • Help printing up to two of the items above.
  • Need a Wedding Morning Mama, so you & yours can relax and be pampered too? • We’ll be there while your wedding party is getting ready to make sure needs are being met. • Pick up and set out fruit/veggie trays, tacos, coffee, mimosas, etc. • Make sure bride and groom are staying hydrated (like actual H2O). • Provide access to our extensive emergency kit. • Last, last minute store runs for emergency items.
  • Out of town, state or country? It’s stressful keeping track of things from a different time zone. Let us help! • Suggestions for hotel and transportation accommodations. • Assistance in planning and booking hotel & transportation to and from wedding. • Create and distribute itineraries for out of town guests. Budget Analysis for Venue & Vendor Scouting

Purchase alone or add to the Peace of Mind or VIP. With so many options, it can be difficult to know where to begin finding the perfect venue and vendors. Then to optimize your budget in the process, is another story! Let us use our experience and wedding industry connections to take the stress out of this process. It’s supposed to be fun after all!!

  • We will review your total budget, guest count, wedding vision and assist in allocating funds for each vendor service.
  • Venue search and recommendations- Based on your budget, we will provide you with the 4 best options for your review.
  • We will obtain and provide you with necessary information regarding pricing, catering options, guests capacity, booking requirements and nearby accommodations for guests.
  • Once you decide which venues you’re interested in, we will set up a tour and appointment with their venue manager.
  • Vendor search and recommendations- Based on your budget, we will provide you with the best options for the services you need. These vendors are companies we have experience with and trust.
  • Once you decide which vendors you’re interested in, we will set up a meeting to discuss the details.
  • We will attend up to 4 venue and/or vendor appointments of your choosing with you.
  • We will provide support and feedback to help you feel confident in your choices!
